I started my gym membership at the age of 16, but it took me over a decade to really feel it through.
The process was a gradual learning curve that ultimately ended up paying off.
The thing I’m most proud of about it, though, is that it was one of the first time I was actually able to use my gym for serious cardio, something I hadn’t experienced for many years.
It’s what led to me learning about exercise, and how to effectively train my body to burn fat.

I still struggle with the weightlifting and weightlifting techniques I use now, but I feel that the more I train the more comfortable I feel in my body.
