By now, you’ve probably heard of the rise of the “dumbbell revolution” as the trend of people taking to yoga, meditation and other relaxation techniques to reduce stress and improve their quality of life.
But it’s a trend that’s taking on a new meaning with the advent of a new class of “super-healthy” yogis who are becoming increasingly popular.
“It’s a new trend,” says Linda Pritchard, author of “What Yoga Does.”
“It is a trend with people really embracing it.”
Yoga is a form of meditation that involves breathing deeply, focusing on the breath, focusing intently on the body, and focusing on a breath.
And the “super healthy” yogi isn’t just a trendy buzzword anymore.
She says the new generation of yogis are actually more spiritual than the average person, and are being more creative in their yoga practice.
“They’re actually trying to learn a lot of different things in their lives,” says Pritches husband of nearly 20 years, Dave.
“For instance, they’re looking for new ways to make yoga practice more enjoyable.”
The Yoga Guys Dave and Linda Prierds own and operate a fitness center in Vancouver, British Columbia.
They’re passionate about health and wellness, but the two yoga instructors have also discovered that they love their clients, too.
They teach a full-range of yoga classes, from beginner classes for a beginner to advanced classes for advanced yogis.
Their students have told their friends about their love for yoga and Dave says he’s now seeing a steady increase in people who have been introduced to his classes.
“A lot of people just think it’s just an exercise for the sake of exercise,” says Dave.
Yoga is now an international phenomenon, with the UK being the first country to offer a full range of classes to its people.
The first full-scale yoga class in the UK opened last month at the Royal Institute of British Architects in London.
It is a yoga class that includes stretching, breathing, a few yoga poses and a yoga mat.
And it’s about to expand its offerings to include classes in the US and Canada.
The new class is called “The Yoga Guys,” and it will open at the New York City-based Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 17.
“We’re very excited to open this new space,” says Mike Caulfield, co-founder of The Yoga Guy.

“There are more and more people taking the plunge into a life of health and living well, because they’re doing yoga, they are getting the benefits of it, and they’re taking it seriously,” says David.
The New York-based yoga group will offer its students a full set of yoga poses, and the students will have a lot more of the instructor’s time.
“All of the students are very open about the fact that they are yoga teachers and they know that they’re teaching and doing yoga,” says Caulfields wife of more than 20 years.
“In fact, a lot, a majority of the time, we are teaching them the yoga poses.”
In the studio, they’ll also learn how to be mindful of their body and to be more aware of the feelings of wellbeing in their life.
“You’ll be working on your body, the sensations of your body and your feelings of well-being,” says Mark Strahl, co‑founder of Yoga Guys.
“Your body will feel good.
Your body will be able to feel better.”

The group will also be hosting monthly events in New York, including the first ever yoga and music festival at Madison Square Garden, the largest indoor music venue in the world.
The Yoga Kids have a special place in Dave’s heart because he is a parent of three boys.
He started Yoga Kids when his oldest son, Ethan, was diagnosed with autism.
“When he was diagnosed, it was a very tough time for us, especially because we were already dealing with a lot with autism and I knew it was something that could affect him,” says Chris, who also works at the gym.
“So it was really a no-brainer.” “
